Job summary

Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. is seeking a senior civil engineer in Metro Manila to lead highway and road design projects, ensuring compliance with DPWH standards and client requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a PRC license and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, with 12+ years progressive experience and demonstrated ability to manage design teams, prepare DED packages, and deliver technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PRC Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in highway and road design.
• Strong working knowledge of DPWH standards, specifications, and design guidelines.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering design software.
• Extensive experience in the preparation of Detailed Engineering Design (DED) packages, technical reports, design calculations, and project documentation.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, government agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
