Job summary

Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer for highway projects. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a valid professional license, and 10+ years' highway design experience are required.

You will handle road alignment, geometric design, and review of design plans, plus utility coordination with water, power and telecom. DPWH standards and ROW requirements must be met; AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 10 years of experience in highway projects, preferably with extensive experience in highway design and infrastructure development.
• Proven experience in highway design, including road alignment, geometric design, and preparation/review of design plans.
• Experience in utility coordination and relocation (water, power, and telecommunications).
• Knowledge of DPWH standards, specifications, and right-of-way requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, technical, and reporting skills.
