Resolv Global is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Dagupan team on-site in the Philippines. This hands-on leadership role focuses on high-volume BPO and contact centre hiring, building pipelines, and optimizing recruiting processes.

You will drive sourcing strategies, coach a recruiting team, collaborate with operations and leadership, and use data to continuously improve speed and quality of hires in a fast-moving environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in high-volume hiring.
• Experience in BPO, contact centre, shared services, or similar high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to lead recruiters or a recruitment team.
• Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dagupan, Philippines.

• Lead and own recruitment for the Dagupan operation with a focus on high-volume BPO and contact centre hiring.
• Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, referrals, social media, direct sourcing, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for immediate and ongoing hiring needs.
