Resolv Global is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Dagupan team on-site in the Philippines. This hands-on leadership role focuses on high-volume BPO and contact centre hiring, building pipelines, and optimizing recruiting processes.

You will drive sourcing strategies, coach a recruiting team, collaborate with operations and leadership, and use data to continuously improve speed and quality of hires in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in high-volume hiring.
• Experience in BPO, contact centre, shared services, or similar high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to lead recruiters or a recruitment team.
• Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dagupan, Philippines.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team on-site in Dagupan, Philippines.

This is a recruitment leadership role for someone who knows how to find, attract, assess, and hire great people at scale.

We are looking for a hands-on recruitment leader with strong experience in high-volume hiring, particularly within BPO, contact centre, shared services, or other fast-paced operational environments.

The right person will understand that successful recruitment is about much more than posting jobs and reviewing resumes. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, developing effective sourcing strategies, leading recruitment activity, improving hiring processes, and making sure the business has access to the right talent when it needs it.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where hiring volume can change quickly and where recruitment performance has a direct impact on business operations.

This is an opportunity for a strong recruitment professional to take ownership of talent acquisition in Dagupan and build a high-performing recruitment function.

What You'll Do

• Lead and own recruitment for the Dagupan operation, with a strong focus on high-volume BPO and contact centre hiring.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates across job boards, referrals, social media, direct sourcing, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and ongoing hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment campaigns from sourcing through selection and offer, while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality.
• Take a hands-on approach to sourcing and headhunting when hiring needs are urgent or difficult to fill.
• Lead, coach, and support the recruitment team, setting clear expectations and driving strong recruitment performance.
• Work closely with leadership and operations to understand workforce requirements and translate them into practical recruitment plans.
• Monitor recruitment performance, including hiring volume, pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time to hire.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement practical solutions to improve speed, quality, and overall hiring results.
• Use recruitment data, market knowledge, and technology to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Build a proactive recruitment culture where the team actively seeks talent rather than relying solely on applications.
• Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to leadership and help ensure the business has the talent it needs to grow.

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with significant experience in high-volume hiring.
• Strong BPO, contact centre, shared services, or similarly high-volume recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting large numbers of employees within demanding hiring timelines.
• Experience leading, supervising, or managing recruiters or a recruitment team.
• Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data to improve hiring performance.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with leadership and operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of recruitment outcomes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment/ATS systems.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Dagupan, Philippines.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
