Resolv Global is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead on-site recruitment in Dagupan, Philippines. This leadership role focuses on high-volume BPO and contact centre hiring, building talent pipelines, and driving sourcing strategies to meet business needs.

You will oversee the recruitment team, partner with operations, and ensure fast, quality hires. Strong English communication and hands-on sourcing capabilities are essential in this dynamic, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with significant experience in high-volume hiring.
• Experience in BPO, contact centre, shared services, or similar high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to recruit large numbers of employees within demanding timelines.
• Experience leading or managing a recruitment team.
• Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Active development of talent pipelines and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong recruitment metrics understanding and data-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dagupan, Philippines.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment for the Dagupan operation, focusing on high-volume BPO and contact centre hiring.
• Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, referrals, social media, direct sourcing, and other channels.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for immediate and ongoing hiring needs.
• Lead campaigns from sourcing through offer with emphasis on candidate quality.
• Hands-on sourcing and headhunting when urgent or difficult to fill.
• Coach and support recruitment team with clear expectations and performance goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate workforce requirements into recruitment plans.
• Monitor hiring volume, pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time-to-hire.
• Identify challenges and implement practical speed and quality improvements.
• Leverage data and market knowledge to continuously improve sourcing/hiring strategies.
• Foster a proactive recruitment culture and act as a trusted partner to leadership.
