Job summary

SYSGEN RPO in the Philippines is seeking an experienced AU High-Volume Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and industrial roles across the Australian market. You will source, screen, and place candidates while meeting multiple vacancies and KPIs.

You will build pipelines, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM. The role requires 3 years of Australian recruitment experience and a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience supporting the Australian market.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume blue-collar, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, transport, construction, or trades roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple high-volume vacancies across the Australian market.
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for blue-collar and industrial positions.
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments.
