Boomering Inc in the Philippines is hiring two Recruitment Consultants to join a fast-paced team supporting Australian vacancies. The role focuses on recruitment delivery, candidate engagement and vacancy ownership from sourcing to placement, with high-volume outbound calls and end-to-end management of candidates in Bullhorn.

You will source through SEEK and other channels, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for civil construction, solar, mining and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment delivery or end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.
• High-volume outbound calling experience is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English for Australia-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via SEEK, Bullhorn and job boards.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, follow-ups and re-engagement.
• Interview, register and qualify candidates against live vacancies.
• Submit qualified candidates for suitable roles and coordinate milestones.
• Perform reference checks and coordinate medicals, inductions and mobilization.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline in Bullhorn.
• Meet weekly recruitment and activity KPIs.
