Job summary

Chronos Agency is seeking a design-led email designer to produce 100-160 on-brand emails monthly across multiple ecommerce accounts. You’ll transform copy briefs into finished emails in Figma and Klaviyo, ensuring consistency with brand guides.

You’ll design from briefs, QA in Klaviyo, and maintain a reusable module library. Excellent written English is essential to push back on briefs when needed and deliver high-volume, high-quality email creative.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing email for ecommerce brands.
• A portfolio showing multiple brands and high volume.
• Clear written English — you’ll push back on briefs in writing.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign and flow emails from approved copy briefs
• Build and QA the designs you’ve implemented in the email platform (Klaviyo)
• Check every email on mobile, desktop and dark mode before it ships
• Keep a reusable module library for each account so builds get faster over time
• Flag problems in the brief instead of designing around them
