Job summary

oCommerce is seeking an Email UI/UX Specialist to design beautiful, high-converting email experiences across our global ecommerce brands. You will craft layouts for promotional, lifecycle, and automated flows with a mobile-first approach.

You will collaborate with Email & SMS Marketing Specialists, maintain brand identity, build design systems, and stay current with accessibility and AI-powered workflows. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo are

Qualifications

5+ years of professional graphic or email design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing and digital design.
Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy understanding.
Familiar with Klaviyo and email marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML email structure and design limits.
Experience designing for ecommerce brands preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and production accuracy.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design high-performing email campaigns across ecommerce brands.
Create visually engaging layouts for promotional, lifecycle, and automated flows.
Design mobile-first emails optimized for all devices.
Collaborate with Email & SMS Marketing Specialists.
Produce email graphics, banners, GIFs, callouts, and assets.
Maintain brand visual identity and marketing objectives.
Optimize layouts for CTR, readability, conversion.
Work with developers to ensure cross-client consistency.
Build reusable email design systems and components.
Assist in A/B testing layouts and concepts.
Stay current with email trends, accessibility, best practices.
Improve design workflows using AI and emerging tech.
