Job summary

You will collaborate with Email & SMS Marketing Specialists, maintain brand identity, build design systems, and stay current with accessibility and AI-powered workflows. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic or email design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing and digital design.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Familiar with Klaviyo and email marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML email structure and design limits.
• Experience designing for ecommerce brands preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and production accuracy.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Maintain consistency with each brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
• Optimize email layouts for click-through rate, readability, and conversion.
• Work with developers to ensure designs render consistently across major email clients.
• Build reusable email design systems and component libraries.
• Assist in A/B testing layouts, creative concepts, and visual hierarchy.
• Stay current with email design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Continuously improve design workflows using AI and emerging creative technologies.
