Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Implement ECR recipes daily and follow prescribed methods.
• Bake, cook, and prep at high volume with attention to seasonal menu changes.
• Portion and package items for retail orders with care and accuracy.
• Support teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Maintain clean and sanitized stations and equipment, following FIFO.
