A healthcare service provider in Cebu City is seeking a Registered Nurse for hemodialysis. The role includes facilitating unit operations, mentoring staff, and operating machines. Candidates should possess a Registered Nurse License and have 1-3 years of hemodialysis experience. Responsabilités

• Facilitates overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit for the entire shift.
• Acts as a leader in the treatment area.
• Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff.
• Operates hemodialysis machines from preparation up, through the HD procedure, to termination as needed.
• Ensures continuity of care through proper monitoring, documentation and communication with the healthcare team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitates the overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit for the entire shift.
• Acts as a leader in the treatment area during the time of duty
• Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff in the facility
• Operates hemodialysis machines starting from preparation up, but not limited to HD procedure termination whenever necessary
• Assures the continuity of care to the clients by proper monitoring, documentation and communication to all the members of the healthcare team

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse License
• Registered Nurse with at least 1-3 years of hemodialysis experience
• Willing to start immediately
• Willing to be deployed in Cebu City
• Note: Salary depends on years of experience as a HEMODIALYSIS NURSE
