Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Prepare dialysis machines and ensure equipment disinfection and function.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis sessions per protocol.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Observe and document vital signs and patient status; report complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and dialysis logs.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis care, diet, and home management.
• Follow infection control and safety policies to prevent cross-contamination.
• Handle and dispose of biohazardous waste properly.
• Assist physicians and nephrologists in evaluating care plans.
• Monitor supplies, medications, and equipment inventory in the dialysis unit.
• Participate in quality assurance and maintenance of dialysis machines.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform BLS.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nurse Supervisor or Unit Head.
