Job summary

NephroPlus is hiring a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of hemodialysis experience to lead the HD unit and train newer staff. You will manage patient care processes, monitor treatments, and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating with the healthcare team.

The role requires deployment to our facilities across multiple sites in Metro Manila, with emphasis on patient safety and continuity of care. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with valid license.
• Minimum 2 years of hemodialysis experience.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Willing to be deployed in Caloocan, Gracepark, Marikina, Bonifacio, Novaliches, Zabarte or Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit for the entire shift.
• Acts as a leader in the treatment area during the time of duty
• Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff in the facility
• Operates hemodialysis machines starting from preparation up, but not limited to HD procedure termination whenever necessary
• Assures the continuity of care to the clients by proper monitoring, documentation and communication to all the members of the healthcare team

• Acts as a leader in the treatment area during the time of duty

• Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff in the facility

• Operates hemodialysis machines starting from preparation up, but not limited to HD procedure termination whenever necessary
