On-site - Cavite 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time
Responsible for facilitating overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit during shifts, acting as a leader in the treatment area, serving as a preceptor for less experienced staff, operating hemodialysis machines from preparation to termination, and ensuring continuity of care through monitoring, documentation, and communication with the healthcare team.
- Facilitates the overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit for the entire shift.
- Acts as a leader in the treatment area during the time of duty.
- Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff in the facility.
- Operates hemodialysis machines, including preparation and terminating HD procedures when necessary.
- Assures continuity of care to clients by monitoring, documentation, and communication with all members of the healthcare team.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a license.
- Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of hemodialysis experience.
- New board passers encouraged to apply and willing to be trained.
- Willing to start immediately.
