Nephrocare Health Care Services Philippines Inc. in Cauayan, Isabela is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to support the hemodialysis unit. You will monitor patients, operate dialysis machines, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a valid RN license and at least 1 year of hemodialysis experience, with new board passers welcome for training. On-site work with benefits including a signing bonus and HMO.

Qualifikationen

• Hemodialysis experience of 1 year or more is preferred.
• New board passers are encouraged to apply and will be trained.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates the overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit for the entire shift.
• Acts as a leader in the treatment area during the time of duty
• Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff in the facility
• Operates hemodialysis machines starting from preparation up to procedure termination as needed
• Assures continuity of care to clients by proper monitoring, documentation and communication with the healthcare team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the overall traffic and organization within the hemodialysis unit for the entire shift.
• Acts as a leader in the treatment area during the time of duty
• Serves as facilitator/preceptor to less experienced staff in the facility
• Operates hemodialysis machines starting from preparation up, but not limited to HD procedure termination whenever necessary
• Assures the continuity of care to the clients by proper monitoring, documentation and communication to all the members of the healthcare team

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse License
• Registered Nurse with 1 year or more hemodialysis experience
• New board passers are encouraged to apply and willing to be trained
• Willing to start immediately
