Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize units prior to new tenant occupancy.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks like painting and repairs.
• Report any necessary repairs to Property Manager.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety regulations and procedures.

Job description

The Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the construction units and common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing units prior to new tenant occupancy. This includes dusting,mopping
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety regulations and procedures.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (may be required depending on the location).
