Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing units and common areas.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks like painting and light repairs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes.
• Reporting necessary repairs to the Property Manager.

Job description

The Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of units and common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
