Job summary

A construction and supply company in Ilocos Norte is seeking a Helper to support the property management team. You will assist with cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, and maintaining common areas. Ideal candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks and have good communication skills. Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks like painting and light repairs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes and removing trash.
• Support move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Report repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and follow safety procedures.
