• The Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apThe Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.
• Responsibilities:
• Cleaning and sanitizing vacant units. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and removing trash.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety regulations and procedures.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (may be required depending on the location).
