• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris. Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.

Valid driver's license (may be required depending on the location).
