The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and personable, with healthcare support experience and the ability to handle patient-facing tasks and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in a US-based healthcare/medical office environment.
• Experience with patient communication, scheduling, and healthcare coordination.
• Familiarity with EMR/CRM and healthcare platforms is a plus.
• Marketing experience or experience creating marketing materials.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Must be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls, messages, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and patient care coordination.
• Navigate healthcare platforms such as Spruce Health, LabCorp, and CoverMyMeds.
