MicroSourcing in Quezon City is seeking a Call Center Representative (Healthcare) to handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and support healthcare services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, with a night shift.

You will perform standard triage to determine the appropriate level of care, ensure accurate data entry for patient intake, and maintain wrap-up times under 60 seconds.

Your Role

As a Call Center Representative, You Will

• Handle calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and healthcare services
• Conduct standard triaging to determine the appropriate level of care or next steps
• Perform accurate data entry for patient intake, ensuring all information is properly documented
• Maintain wrap-up time under 60 seconds after each call to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with internal teams, providers, and administrative staff for seamless patient coordination
  
  

What You Need
