Acquire Intelligence in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support healthcare practices using our software. You will troubleshoot, train, and guide clients to maximize the value of our solutions, fostering long-term relationships.

You will own client issues, develop product knowledge, and provide proactive support across phone, chat, and email channels to ensure high satisfaction and successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technology and customer service.
• Proficient with Windows workstation and server environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to troubleshoot, document, install and train on software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client calls, chats and cases regarding client-specific products while troubleshooting our software.
• Own cases and resolve them with emphasis on first contact resolution.
• Develop product knowledge, architecture, and solutions to support clients.
• Demonstrate knowledge to tailor services to each practice’s needs.
• Provide expert advice to help clients optimize their use of Solutionreach software.
• Educate clients on using self-help options via knowledgebase.
