Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
• 3+ years of operations leadership experience
• Experience managing Supervisors and SMEs
• Experience managing operational and client performance metrics
• Understanding of Financial Clearance, Prior Authorization, Patient Access Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, and Healthcare Payer Requirements
• Advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple Financial Clearance teams to meet goals
• Oversee daily operations ensuring productivity, quality and compliance
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders and ensure contract alignment
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Manage financial performance including budgets and staffing models
• Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across functions
• Champion continuous improvement and data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for operational excellence
