We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Managed Services Director to join our client's team and lead end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the strategic direction of revenue cycle managed services engagements for healthcare clients.
- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and manage cross-functional, multi-level teams to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships to drive trust, growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, process improvement, and operational optimization.
- Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote and implement innovative solutions, including technology-enabled improvements and automation.
- Mentor, coach, and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and firm policies.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and client-focused culture across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 14+ years of solid experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or consulting.
- Strong background in leading large-scale teams and enterprise-level client engagements.
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and service excellence.
- Strong experience in data-driven decision-making and performance management.
- Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business growth.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and English communication (written & verbal) skills.
