Job summary

IntouchCX in Manila is seeking a Care Resource Specialist to research, vet, and connect families to adult care, neurodiversity services, emotional wellness programs, and healthcare resources. You will map local providers, pre-screen options, and maintain accurate case records in the CRM.

The role requires 2+ years in Healthcare BPO or Medical Navigation, and knowledge of US/Global healthcare navigation is a plus. Collaborative teamwork and SLA compliance are key.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Healthcare BPO, Medical Navigation, or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) accounts.
• Prior experience as a Tier 2 Representative, Claims Specialist, or Patient Coordinator.
• Advanced internet research capabilities combined with active listening skills.
• Familiarity with US/Global healthcare navigation, adult care, or disability support systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member cases by mapping and researching local healthcare and social service providers.
• Call providers directly to pre-screen capabilities, payment/insurance options, and intake availability.
• Maintain accurate case records in enterprise CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team leads to maintain high quality and SLA compliance.
