Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of US Recruitment Experience (preferably 1 year US Healthcare recruitment).
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide recruitment updates and pipeline reports.
• Participate in client calls and recruitment meetings.

Requirements
