Job summary

Imagenet is seeking a Healthcare Team Leader - Provider Services in Valero, Makati City, with onsite work setup and potential to work from home after training. You will lead a team of Healthcare Customer Service Advocates handling provider inquiries, eligibility, claims, and EOBs, ensuring quality and productivity.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance reviews, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and partner requirements, managing schedules, QA, and escalation handling, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Must have 4-5 years in healthcare contact center or provider services.
• 1-2 years of team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of provider services, eligibility, claims, EOBs, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Healthcare Customer Service Advocates across phone, email, fax, web, and other channels.
• Manage daily coverage, workflows, queues, service levels, turnaround times, and escalations.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, attendance, adherence, documentation, and KPI results.
• Provide guidance and floor support for complex or escalated provider interactions.
• Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, and client teams to address operational issues and performance gaps.
• Own team results and ensure timely completion of action plans and escalations.
