Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training, process refreshers, upskilling, and cross-training programs.
• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, process guides, and learning resources.
• Conduct knowledge assessments and monitor trainee performance to ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support employee development and improve operational performance.
• Ensure training content aligns with client requirements, industry standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Track training effectiveness and prepare reports on learner progress and training outcomes.
