JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for coaching and supporting Team Leads and ensures that each team lead meets or exceeds their team performance. This position is also responsible for ensuring client quality and service levels are met on a consistent basis.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations in call center and healthcare business units to ensure efficiency and service excellence
Drive achievement of KPIs and consistent delivery of SLAs
Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and workforce optimization
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
Manage NPS performance and develop customer‑focused operational strategies
Oversee financial and budget management activities for the team/department
Develop and mentor leaders, supporting succession planning and talent growth
Prepare and present operational business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR/YBR)
Utilize advanced MS Excel (pivots, lookups, dashboards) and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
Leverage experience with EPIC systems and hospital billing processes to support operational accuracy
Maintain strong communication and client‑facing partnership to align operations with business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Operations Manager (OM) role
Experience working in a call center environment
Background in a BPO healthcare-related work setting
