Operations Manager – Healthcare

Location: Cebu or Manila

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: 120,000 to 130,000

We are hiring an Operations Manager with proven healthcare operations experience. The candidate must have direct leadership exposure within a purely healthcare account.

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• At least 5+ years experience in purely healthcare BPO
• Experience in UMR, Prior Authorization, Medical Billing, Claims, or related healthcare functions
• Experience handling teams and driving KPI performance
• Amenable to onsite work
• Amenable to night shift schedule
• Non-healthcare backgrounds will not be considered.
