Job summary
Concentrix Philippines is seeking a healthcare customer support professional to handle inquiries, review and process healthcare information, and coordinate with internal teams. You will ensure services are delivered accurately, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants may come from nursing (PRC-licensed RN) or allied health backgrounds with relevant healthcare BPO experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in BS Nursing
- PRC-licensed Registered Nurse
- At least 6 months of CPO/BPO experience
- At least 6 months of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of healthcare processes and terminology
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Bachelor's Degree in an allied health-related course
- At least 6 months of healthcare BPO/CPO experience
- PRC License preferred but not required
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills
- Willingness to work in a healthcare BPO/CPO environment
