Winning Assistants Llc is seeking a Healthcare Operations Assistant — Integrated Primary Care to support a busy integrated primary care practice. This full-time, remote role requires strong healthcare operations experience, nursing or admin background, and excellent English communication.

You will manage messages, coordinate pharmacy needs, verify insurance, handle prior authorizations, and support billing workflows while aiding practice operations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Operations Experience: Required.
• Executive Assistant / Right-Hand Support Experience: Preferred.
• Message Management & Task Prioritization Experience: Required.
• Pharmacy Coordination Experience: Required.
• Insurance Verification & Prior Authorization Experience: Required.
• Billing, Payment Tracking & Deductible Collection Experience: Required.
• EHR / EMR Experience: Required. Elation Health preferred.
• Sales Awareness / Revenue Support Experience: Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Message Review & Task Management: Review messages, identify urgent items, and maintain task lists.
• Pharmacy Coordination & Patient Communication: Call pharmacies, coordinate with patients and offices, and draft communications.
• Insurance, Billing & Payment Operations: Verify insurance, manage prior authorizations, and track billing/payments.
• Practice Operations & Growth Support: Support efficient operations and identify opportunities for high-ticket services.
