Job summary

ClearSource is seeking an Operations Manager to lead healthcare operations in a BPO environment, oversee KPIs, and drive service delivery while guiding Team Leaders and clinical staff. You will ensure policy alignment, compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple healthcare clients.

The role requires 5–7 years total experience with 3–4 years in Healthcare BPO, strong analytics, and proven leadership. Onsite office in Ortigas, Pasig, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years total experience, with 3–4 years in Healthcare BPO.
• 2–3 years in supervisory roles (Team Lead/Manager).
• Hands-on UR/UM, Prior Authorization, Case Management, Denial Management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs—productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA compliance.
• Develop and implement operations strategies to improve efficiency.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Serve as primary operational contact for healthcare clients.
• Lead client business reviews and present performance dashboards.
• Identify and resolve client concerns, escalations, and gaps.
• Align operations with payer guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and clinical staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and morale initiatives.
