• Excellent written English, research, and communication.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required.
• Experience with B2B prospecting, lead research, and email marketing.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve research and productivity, with strong fact-checking and quality control.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through.
• Trustworthy with confidential business information.
• Healthcare marketing experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• B2B prospecting: research health plans, employers, brokers, and healthcare organizations; build ICP-based prospect lists.
• Maintain CRM records in HubSpot, organize contacts, create prospect lists, and support email campaigns.
• Distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials; draft outreach emails and customer communications; proofreading for brand consistency.
• Identify healthcare conferences, associations, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships; coordinate outreach.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports for COO, CEO, and board updates; research competitors and market opportunities.
• Use Canva or Figma for simple graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate meetings, capture action items, track deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Schedule candidate interviews and track contractor deliverables and invoices.
