DrHouse, a growing U.S. telehealth company, seeks a Healthcare Marketing Coordinator to support growth and executive operations. You will conduct market research, manage CRM campaigns, and help craft outreach materials while coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong writing, research, and organizational skills, with hands-on HubSpot experience and healthcare marketing know-how. Expect collaboration with the COO and board on strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Healthcare marketing experience is required.
• Excellent written English, research, and communication skills.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required.
• Experience with B2B prospecting, lead research, and email marketing.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Trustworthy with confidential business information.

Responsabilidades

• Research health plans, employers, and brokers to build ICP-based prospect lists.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM, organize contacts, and support email campaigns.
• Distribute press materials, case studies, and marketing materials; draft outreach emails.
• Identify healthcare conferences, associations, sponsorships, and partnership prospects.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports for COO, CEO and board.
• Create simple graphics using Canva or Figma.
• Coordinate executive marketing priorities and meetings, capture action items.
• Schedule interviews and manage contractor deliverables and invoices.
