Job summary

UPS is seeking a GBS US HLD CS/Inventory Admin to process orders across trade stock, samples, no-charge, and international shipments. You will collaborate with clients and distribution centers to ensure orders ship as expected and to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires strong communication, issue resolution, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in month-end billing and reporting.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn system functionality, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via all sources including trade stock, samples, no-charge and international.
• Work with clients and Distribution Centers to ensure orders ship as expected.
• Process credit memos and perform month-end processes (billing, reports, issue sheets).
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries and complaints; identify report solutions.
• Understand regulatory issues related to Healthcare Logistics; identify business opportunities.
• Communicate with employees at all levels and participate in client calls and meetings.
• Handle miscellaneous special projects and other duties as assigned.
