Responsibilities

• Execute Premier Recovery Support processes using UPMA and internal UPS systems.
• Collaborate with Operations Partners, IEs, and Sales for Premier accounts globally.
• Coordinate recovery solutions such as temperature-controlled shipping and same-day deliveries.
• Generate Express Critical orders to schedule deliveries.
• Follow Special Handling Instructions per customer SOP.
