Responsibilities include requirements management, process analysis, and documentation across BRDs and FRS, ensuring IT and business goals remain aligned.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare context.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining BRDs/FRS documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
