Job summary

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, document BRDs and specifications, and support solution design and testing across healthcare initiatives.

Responsibilities include workshops, process mapping, gap/root-cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong SDLC/Agile experience and SQL validation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Healthcare Informatics or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or system implementation projects.
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, functional specs, and process mapping.
• Hands-on SQL for data analysis and validation; knowledge of API integrations (JSON/XML).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Create and maintain BRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Perform gap and root-cause analysis to identify needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and test planning/execution.
• Track defects and manage quality across testing cycles.
• Validate data with SQL and ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Assist with API integration analysis (JSON/XML) and UI/UX input.
