Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians is seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to bridge business needs and technology solutions in a healthcare context. You will work with stakeholders, product teams, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include requirements management, process analysis, and documentation across BRDs/FRS, ensuring alignment with IT and business goals.

Competenze

Experience managing IT/digital transformation projects in healthcare.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience with BRD and FRS documentation.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Mansioni

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities and automation potential.
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors; manage sign-off sessions.
