Job summary

Conduent Philippines is seeking qualified individuals for a BPO role based in Metro Manila. The position requires at least 1 year of BPO experience and willingness to work on-site, including graveyard shifts and holidays.

You will perform business support or call center tasks using documented procedures, handling healthcare accounts with strong communication skills, while maintaining SLAs under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience is required.
• Applicants without BPO experience will not be processed.
• Applicants with at least 6 months of BPO experience handling a healthcare account will be considered.
• Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be willing to work on-site.
• Must be open to working graveyard/night shifts.
• Must be available to work during holidays, as needed.
