Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients, members, providers, or healthcare customers.
• Assist customers with account, benefits, eligibility, billing, and service-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information based on established processes and guidelines.
• Assist with basic inquiries regarding healthcare plans, coverage, claims, appointments, and services.
• Verify and update customer information while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and provide solutions or next steps.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department or support team.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Follow healthcare, privacy, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patient manner in all interactions.
