Job summary

Global Meta Jobs is seeking a customer-focused Healthcare Call Center Agent to join our team in Metro Manila. You will handle inbound/outbound calls for a healthcare account, delivering excellent service to members and providers and addressing inquiries on coverage, claims, and billing.

The role requires at least a K12 graduate or college level, with 1 year of call center experience preferred and flexibility to work onsite on shifting schedules including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least a K12 graduate or 2nd year in college; college graduate if no experience.
• Preferably 1 year of call center experience; 3–6 months BPO experience required.
• Healthcare background is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for a healthcare account, providing excellent customer service to members or healthcare providers.
• Answer questions related to insurance coverage, claims status, benefits, billing, authorizations, and medical services.
• Accurately document call details, actions taken, and customer interactions in the system.
• Follow standardized procedures and guidelines in managing different types of calls or concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
• Stay updated with account policies, product knowledge, and compliance requirements.
