Qualifications

• 1-3 years in healthcare membership and billing, or helpdesk/customer service role, with emphasis on customer support, issue resolution, and service excellence.
• Ability to make decisions within scope of responsibility where operational guidelines/procedures are non-existent.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpdesk phone support by troubleshooting access and system issues, assisting with portal registration, and providing navigation assistance for membership and billing self-service tools.
• Managing reporting tasks, providing training support, managing day-to-day responsibilities, and supporting special projects.
• Meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
