Job summary

Strata Results Recruitment is partnering with a diversified Philippine conglomerate to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager for their healthcare division. You will drive revenue growth through HMO management, corporate accounts, healthcare partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration with medical staff, marketing, and operations.

You will lead marketing initiatives, co-manage the HMO Hub, and expand the corporate client portfolio while developing MOAs with healthcare partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
Experience managing corporate accounts and developing strategic partnerships.
Strong background in business development, sales planning, negotiation, and client relationship management.
Experience within healthcare, insurance, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
A valid driver's license is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve revenue targets across HMO, corporate, and strategic partnership accounts.
Drive growth through prospecting, negotiation, acquisition, and management of corporate accounts.
Manage HMO, corporate, and referral accounts; expand partnerships.
Acquire a minimum of two new high-potential corporate accounts each month.
Lead and execute marketing initiatives for priority revenue centers to increase patient utilization.
Co-manage the HMO Hub to ensure efficient service delivery.
Promote healthcare services and packages to increase referrals.
Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing Communications to identify growth opportunities.
Develop MOAs and maintain partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers.
Build relationships with referral centers to maximize opportunities.
Develop healthcare service packages for corporate clients and conduct hospital tours for prospects.
Respond promptly to sales inquiries and manage client relationships with ethical practices.
Conduct market research and competitor monitoring to identify opportunities.
Support promotional campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
