MedGrocer seeks a Senior Account Manager in Makati to drive strategic direction and retention of major corporate partnerships, serving as the principal advisor to C-suite stakeholders and overseeing delivery of large-scale healthcare programs.

You will lead a high-performing team, identify multi-year growth opportunities, and negotiate renewals to scale healthcare services across a portfolio of partners.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or B2B client relations.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and leading complex project implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, with a focus on coaching and developing professional talent.
• Must be able to work onsite in Makati City.
