Maxicare Health Care seeks a Customer Care Representative to join our Primary Care team. You will be the patient’s first contact, ensuring smooth check-ins, verifying insurance, and supporting clinicians during visits.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, recording vital signs, performing ECGs, managing schedules, and handling inquiries. A healthcare background, strong communication, and multitasking are essential for success in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any medical-allied course (BS Nursing preferred).
• Basic First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Experience in clinic operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (5 days a week, with varying rest days).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify patient details and HMO coverage.
• Record vital signs and prepare patients for consultation.
• Perform ECGs and endorse results to the physician.
• Assist with scheduling, inquiries, and documentation.
• Submit daily reports and maintain clinic supplies.
• Support doctors during consultations and patient care.
• Address patient feedback and follow clinic protocols.
