Job summary

Orchard is seeking a Project Manager (Healthcare | Digital) to lead multiple digital and print projects for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with Account Directors, strategy, and creative teams to deliver on time and within budget.

We value strong organization, clear communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach. 4+ years of project management experience in an agency or similar environment is preferred, with a passion for digital careers and supportive growth.

• 4+ years Project Management experience within an agency or similar.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital projects (websites, apps, emails, banners, digital campaigns) alongside print assets.
• Meet with Account Director and scope requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best solutions.
• Develop project quotes and definitions with strategy and creative teams.
• Document project scope with detailed estimates.
• Manage daily budgets and resources.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and wip documentation.
• Book resources and schedule tasks to meet timelines.
• Document briefs for copy, design, HTML, and finished art.
• Communicate progress to Account Director and clients; update Orchard team with insights.
